Halden Life currently offers two food supplements: Halden Life Metabolic Support (60 capsules, seven-ingredient metabolic formula) and Halden Life Fiber Balance (60 capsules, four-ingredient high-fibre formula). Both are available on our shop page.
Under EU Directive 2002/46/EC, food supplements are concentrated sources of nutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect, sold in dose form. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They supplement, not replace, a balanced and varied diet.
Yes. Halden Life discloses every active ingredient with its exact amount per serving. There are no proprietary blends. The label is the complete formula. You can see the full ingredient breakdown on the Ingredients page and on each product page.
Yes. Halden Life Metabolic Support contains 100 mg of caffeine per 2-capsule serving (50 mg per capsule). This is approximately equivalent to one small cup of coffee. It is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or individuals who are sensitive to caffeine. We recommend taking it in the morning and avoiding it in the evening.
Both products use bovine gelatine capsule shells, which means they are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. The active ingredients themselves are plant-based. We are exploring plant-based capsule options for future products.
Each bottle contains 60 capsules. The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, giving a 30-day supply per bottle. Metabolic Support is available in 1, 2 or 3-bottle packs. Fiber Balance is available as a single bottle only.
Take 2 capsules per day, preferably in the morning, with a full glass of water. It can be taken with or without food. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day. Due to the caffeine content, avoid taking in the evening.
Take 2 capsules per day with a full glass of water (minimum 250 ml). It is important to maintain adequate total daily fluid intake when using fibre supplements. If you are new to high-fibre supplements, introduce gradually to allow your digestive system to adapt. Can be taken with or without food.
If you are considering taking both products simultaneously, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you are taking any medication or have a pre-existing health condition. Psyllium husk appears in both formulas, so combined use would increase your total daily fibre intake.
Halden Life Metabolic Support is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to its caffeine content. If you are taking medication or managing a health condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any food supplement. Keep all supplements out of reach of children.
